Crows Feet… Yikes!
I’m not that old… but I am starting to develop crows feet already. Can I reverse this unhappy occurrence, or at least stop it from getting worse? – Brenda
The good news is that you can do both! Crows feet can be the result of any number of culprits; sun exposure, frequent squinting, smoking, and even sleeping on your face promote the formation of crows feet.
Naturally, people who spend a great deal of time outdoors are at higher risk due to sun damage. Applying sunscreen, quitting smoking, and wearing sunglasses and hats are key ways to avoid crows feet. Even if you’re already showing signs, it’s never too late to stop them from getting worse.
There are several procedures you and your provider can choose from. Popular ones are Titan treatment, laser resurfacing, filler injections, Botox and Dysport treatment, or different peels with facials and mictodermabrasion.
Filler can smooth the lines around the eyes. Titan treatment tightens up the skin and promotes new collagen growth. Botox and Dysport – temporally paralyzes the muscle (in this case around the eye) and the same time smooths the lines around your eyes.
